Farm Yard Cottage - Pickering

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location for exploring both the coast and countryside. The cottage had quality fittings and everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a field for exercising our dogs. The hosts on the neighboring farm were extremely friendly and helpful.

The cottage felt cozy and the hosts went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

This place was mind-blowingly clean and well-equipped for a super comfortable stay. The hosts were unbelievably friendly and even let us explore their farm. The location was so quiet and convenient, with easy paid parking. The front garden with beautiful flowers was a jaw-dropping welcome. And, of course, it was perfect for our dog with a field next door for exercising. Cycling, golfing, and exploring with pets allowed made it even more amazing! Wi-Fi was excellent too. No smoking on site.

The decor of the cottage was absolutely lovely, dear. Every room had such attention to detail and it felt so cozy and inviting. The common areas were also kept very clean and tidy, making it easy for us seniors to navigate without any trouble. And the best part was that everything was on one level, so we didn't have to worry about any stairs or steep slopes. It was truly accessible for us older folks, which was such a relief.

I do wish there had been a bit more assistance available for us older guests. The children working there were very kind, but it would have been nice to have some additional support or services specifically tailored to seniors.
